When not to pick Zatio
We disqualify honestly — it’s how we talk to prospects on the phone, so it’s how we talk on this page too.
You’re a pure SaaS company
If your leads come from content, you close in product, and the question is “how do I do X in your app” — Intercom or Plain is probably a better shape.
You’re running a Shopify storefront
Transactional e-commerce questions (‘where’s my order’, ‘refund’) are better served by Gorgias or Zendesk — we’re not optimised for post-purchase support.
You broadcast to subscribers
If your main job is mass-sending DMs to a warm audience of followers, ManyChat or Kit’s tools will serve you better. We don’t do broadcast.
