On your voicemail
Record the greeting on your network’s voicemail or from your phone app. Read it aloud a couple of times first, and take it slowly.
On a phone system
Paste the text into your phone system’s out-of-hours message. Many turn it into speech without you having to record it.
In WhatsApp Business
In the app, open Business tools and then Away message. Paste the text and set it to send outside your opening hours.

What should a business voicemail greeting say?

How long should a voicemail greeting be?
The shorter the better. The tool shows how long it takes read calmly, at about 150 words a minute, so you can trim anything you don’t need.

In the WhatsApp Business app, under Business tools, Away message. Paste the text there and choose when it sends, for example outside your opening hours.
