Common pricing questions.

Why don't you publish a price?

Because a fair number for a ten-person agency and a fair number for a fifty-person operator are different. Publishing one headline price would mean over-charging some customers and under-serving others. A short call is cheaper for both of us than a bad fit.

What's the ballpark?

Most customers pay between a few hundred and low four figures GBP per month, depending on volume and integrations. We’ll be straight with you on the call — no sales theatre.

Is setup really free?

Yes. Onboarding, prompt engineering, WhatsApp Business setup and calendar integration are included on every plan, at no extra cost.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pilot plans: any time, no penalty, 7 days’ notice. Growth (12-month commitment): 30 days’ notice after month 1. We don’t lock customers in — we earn renewal with results.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You get a full export of your conversations and leads in CSV or JSON within 7 days of cancellation. After that, we delete our copy within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.

Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?

Yes — mention it on the call and we’ll sort something sensible.
