Can I try it for free?
Yes, for 14 days and with no card. The trial includes 30 voice minutes and 100 chat conversations, and you try it in the chat and by voice from your browser. If you like it, you add your card from your dashboard and nothing is charged until the trial ends; when your plan starts, we set up your phone line with you, and you connect WhatsApp yourself from your dashboard.
How long does it take to set up?
Your assistant takes about 10 minutes: Zatio analyses your website, builds its knowledge base and you review it before it goes live. Web chat goes live when you add one line to your site, and you connect your WhatsApp Business number yourself from your dashboard (Zatio is verified by Meta as a WhatsApp Business Tech Provider). Your Zatio phone number is ready within 24 working hours of your plan starting, and then you simply forward your calls to it.
What does Zatio sound like?

Which languages does it speak?

No. The £69, £129 or £259 a month are shown excluding VAT, as are the extra minute and the done-for-you setup. VAT is added on your invoice at the rate that applies to your business.
What is the 60-day guarantee?
If it hasn’t produced qualified leads in 60 days, we refund you and part ways. It applies to every plan.
Do WhatsApp conversations cost extra?
Meta charges a fee per WhatsApp conversation. We pass it through at cost, with no markup, on your Zatio invoice. The WhatsApp channel itself is included in every plan.
What exactly will I pay?
Your plan: £69, £129 or £259 a month, excluding VAT. If you go over your plan's voice minutes, £0.10 per extra minute, and we'll flag it before it adds up. Meta's own WhatsApp conversation fees are passed through at cost, with no markup. Sign up yourself and there's no setup fee; if you'd rather we set it up for you, that's a one-off £179. Pay for the year up front and you get 2 months free.
Is voice included in every plan?
Yes. All three plans include phone, WhatsApp and web chat with the same assistant: it answers, qualifies, books into your calendar and hands the call to your team when it should. Professional and Growth add “Call me” on your website and outbound calls to new leads and reminders.
How are voice minutes counted?
Every call the assistant answers or makes counts (inbound, outbound and “Call me”), by the started minute. Browser test calls don't count. Minutes reset every month and your dashboard shows how many you've used.
What happens if I go over my minutes or conversations?
We never cut a call off at the limit. We email you at 80% and 100% of your minutes, and each extra minute is £0.10. Conversations beyond your plan are still answered, at no extra cost. If you're consistently over on minutes or conversations, we'll tell you so ourselves and check whether the next plan works out better.
Is there a setup fee? What does the £179 setup cover?
Sign up yourself and there's no setup fee: Zatio reads your website and drafts the assistant for you to review. Done-for-you setup is optional (a one-off £179): we train the assistant on your products, prices, tone and objection handling; wire up your booking calendar and CRM; connect WhatsApp Business with you; and test it on real conversations before launch.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. Every plan is month-to-month, with no annual commitment on any plan (annual billing is optional): cancel and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for (on annual billing, the end of the year). No penalty. And if it hasn't produced qualified leads in 60 days, we refund you and part ways. We don't lock customers in; we earn renewal with results.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your conversations and leads stay in your account after you cancel, so you can export them (CSV or JSON from the dashboard). We delete our copy when you ask us to, within 30 days of your email to privacy@zatio.io. Privacy Policy →
What happens if Zatio shuts down?
You lose surprisingly little. Your WhatsApp number and WhatsApp Business Account are registered to your business, not to us, so they leave with you. Your conversations and leads export in full (CSV/JSON from the dashboard, same as when you cancel). And your booking calendar was always your own Calendly/Bookings account. We plan to be here; you shouldn't have to take that on faith.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes, mention it on the call and we'll sort something sensible.
