Common pricing questions.
What exactly will I pay?
Your plan (£149, £349 or £899 a month), plus a one-off £499 setup on Growth and Pro, plus Meta's own WhatsApp conversation fees at cost (typically pennies per service conversation — Pilot, being web-only, has none). That's the whole bill. Pay for the year up front and we take 15% off the plan and waive the £499 setup entirely.
What does the £499 setup cover?
Everything to go live: training the agent on your products, prices, tone and objection handling; the WhatsApp Business onboarding through our Meta-certified partner; wiring your booking calendar and CRM webhook; and real-conversation testing before launch. Pilot skips it — the widget is a one-line script.
What happens if I go over my conversation cap?
Extra conversations are £0.30 each — and we'll flag it before it adds up. If you're consistently over, the next tier is usually cheaper; we'll tell you so ourselves.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pilot: any time, no penalty, 7 days' notice. Growth and Pro: month-to-month, 30 days' notice after the first month — no annual commitment on any plan. We don't lock customers in; we earn renewal with results.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a full export of your conversations and leads in CSV or JSON within 7 days of cancellation. After that, we delete our copy within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
What happens if Zatio shuts down?
You lose surprisingly little. Your WhatsApp number and WhatsApp Business Account are registered to your business, not to us — they leave with you. Your conversations and leads export in full (CSV/JSON, within 7 days, same as cancelling). And your booking calendar was always your own Calendly/Bookings account. We plan to be here; you shouldn't have to take that on faith.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes — mention it on the call and we'll sort something sensible.
