Can my team take over a conversation manually?

Yes, any time. Zatio is designed to hand off — not to replace. Your team gets an instant WhatsApp alert with a summary when a conversation gets serious, and they can step in from there.

How long does setup take?

Web widget: ~10 minutes — paste one line of script. WhatsApp: ~5 business days end-to-end. Day 1–2 we train Aime on your products, pricing rules and tone. Day 3 we wire your booking link + how your team wants leads handed off (handover email, daily digest, CSV, CRM webhook). Day 4 test runs with your team. Day 5 go live. What if I want to cancel?

What happens to our data if we leave?
