Data Deletion Request

How to request deletion

Email privacy@zatio.io with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Your phone number or email address (so we can locate your data)
• The business whose WhatsApp you messaged (if known)

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request within 3 business days
2. We verify your identity
3. We delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days
4. We confirm completion by email

Exceptions

We may retain limited data where required by law (e.g. accounting records), where necessary for the establishment or defence of legal claims, or where the data has been fully anonymised.

If you messaged via WhatsApp

If you interacted with a business that uses Zatio on WhatsApp, that business is the Data Controller of your conversation. You can contact them directly, or email us and we will forward the request.
