- You sell to and invoice your client. We set it up and provide technical support.
- Co-branded: your agency “with Zatio”. We don’t offer white-label yet.

Partner questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. No joining fee, no minimums and no exclusivity.
How and when is commission paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer, with a breakdown per client: what they paid and what you’re owed. The 20% is calculated on what the client actually pays.
What if the client cancels?
Commission is earned for as long as the client pays, up to 24 months. If they cancel, it stops from that month.
Can I sell it under my own brand?
Not yet: there’s no white-label. Agencies sell it co-branded, “with Zatio”. We’ll look at it with agencies that have several active clients.
Do I need to know about AI or provide support?
No. As a referral partner, we close, set up and support. As an agency, you own the client relationship and we provide technical support.
Which businesses is it a good fit for?
Businesses of any size that handle calls, WhatsApp or website enquiries: trades and home services, renovation, clinics, estate agents and law firms, among others. If your clients don’t get those, we’ll tell you.
Do your clients get a discount?
Yes. We set up a page with your name and a discount code for your client base. The discount is applied when we activate their plan.
