Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and web-vitals measurement. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free by design: it generates a daily-rotating session hash from request data without storing identifiers in your browser. No cookie is set, no profile is built, and the data does not leave the EU/US infrastructure operated by Vercel under our DPA.

With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis (visitors, sources, page performance). GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<stream>) that expire after roughly two years and are used to distinguish sessions. Until you accept, GA4 runs in Google’s consent-denied mode (no cookies, aggregate measurement only). You can decline from the cookie notice and nothing changes about how the site works.

With your consent, if you arrive through a manufacturer or partner link (?ref=), we store a first-party cookie (zatio_ref) for 60 days containing only that partner’s identifier, so the partner can be credited if you start a trial. It holds no personal data. If you decline cookies, it is not set.

Microsoft Clarity

With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Corporation, for session analytics on this public website: clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and anonymised session replays, so we can see where a page is confusing or a form is hard to complete. Clarity masks what you type in form fields, and our forms are additionally marked as masked, so your phone number, email or password are never captured. It is not used in the customer dashboard. Clarity loads only after you accept cookies; if you decline, nothing is loaded.

Cookies Clarity may set:

• _clck (first party, 1 year): keeps the Clarity user ID and preferences for this site.
• _clsk (first party, 1 day): joins several page views into one session.
• CLID (clarity.ms, 1 year): identifies the first time Clarity saw this browser.
• MUID, MR, ANONCHK and SM (Microsoft domains, up to 1 year): Microsoft browser identifiers. We tell Clarity that advertising storage is not granted.

Data is processed by Microsoft, possibly outside the EU, under the EU standard contractual clauses. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Third-party cookies

We do not set advertising cookies from third parties. The only third-party analytics service is Microsoft Clarity, described above, and only with your consent.
