Is the demo free?
Yes. Completely free, no commitment. If Zatio isn’t right for you, we’ll say so and part ways.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing. If you have a typical inbound enquiry handy (an email, a WhatsApp message), great — we can use it as the live demo. If not, we’ll use one of ours.
How long does onboarding take if we decide to work together?
Web chat widget: ~10 minutes (one line of script on your site). WhatsApp: ~5 business days end-to-end. We handle the WhatsApp Business onboarding paperwork through our Meta-certified partner.
Can you work with us if we’re not in Spain or UK?
Yes. Our first customers are in the UK and Spain, and the product works anywhere your buyers speak English or Spanish. Other languages on request.
