Drift has ABM, routing, reverse-IP. You don’t. Isn’t that a gap?
Yes — and it’s deliberate. Service businesses don’t need reverse-IP lookup because your leads identify themselves the moment they message. Every feature we don’t build is an area we don’t charge you for.
What if we do outbound on LinkedIn and want it to feed a chatbot?
