People look at houses at eleven at night. I’m Sofia, an AI assistant. I reply in seconds, on WhatsApp or the phone.
I qualify without interrogating: budget, area, mortgage and timing, one question at a time. I book the viewing in the right agent’s diary, with the address and a summary. And I flag the ones worth dropping everything for.
