No clinical advice — ever. Zatio answers logistical, pricing and booking questions, and routes anything clinical to a consultation. You set the boundary; we train to it.
What about GDPR and patient data?
Zatio is GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU, with a signed DPA. We don’t store identifiable patient records beyond the booking handover — your PMS is the source of truth.
Does it integrate with Dentally / SoE?
Via calendar booking links (Dentally exposes one, as does Microsoft Bookings / Cal.com layered on top). Native PMS integrations are on the roadmap — ask us where yours sits.
Can it handle NHS vs private?
Yes. It can disqualify NHS-only enquiries politely, or direct them to the correct route — you decide. Saves chair-time and disappointment on both sides.
