Questions
Does it know about my boiler and heat pump brands?
It knows what you teach it: your website, your services and the brands you work with. If it doesn’t know a technical answer it won’t make one up: it takes the appliance details and leaves them for your engineer.
Can it book annual services too?
Yes. It books services into your diary just like repair visits, and answers questions with the information you give it.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. You forward calls to your Zatio line: all of them, out of hours, or when you don’t pick up.
What if I’d rather keep answering calls myself?
That’s what cover mode is for: your phone rings first and Zatio only answers if you don’t pick up, the line is busy or it’s out of hours. You can change it whenever you like from your dashboard.
