Questions
What counts as urgent?
Whatever you tell it. For example, an active leak or a blockage that’s flooding is urgent and a service isn’t. You also choose what it does in each case: put the call through to your mobile or your on-call engineer, or take the details and email you the summary.
Does it give my customers prices?
Only the ones you give it. If a job needs a visit before it can be quoted, it says so and offers the visit. It never makes things up.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. You forward calls to your Zatio line: all of them, out of hours, or when you don’t pick up.
What if I’d rather keep answering calls myself?
That’s what cover mode is for: your phone rings first and Zatio only answers if you don’t pick up, the line is busy or it’s out of hours. You can change it whenever you like from your dashboard.
How long does it take to set up?
